"Coach Has Been Very Insightful And Diligent"

I have been a student of Trump University Since October 2005 and wanted to let you know how valuable and resourceful the program and one-on-one coaching has been on my progress on the development we are currently working on. My personal coach has been very insightful and diligent in assisting us though issues and progress on our project. This is our first real-estate project.

The services though the program, i.e. Internet resources, personal coaching, written materials, books written by Mr. Trump, and the Wealth Builders Blueprint CD Rom program are well crafted, very relevant for success, and truly a benefit on my continued goal of lifetime learning.

My coach and process with Trump University has enabled me to have the full confidence and solid ability to accomplish my commercial venture of 11 acres commercial, and 7 acres residential real estate venture

I have learned how to negotiate real estate deals such as a property that I just bought. I also learned how to market my property for rehab. The program has reinforced my belief that wealth can be accomplished through real estate because other investors have done it.

"Coach Helped Me Develop Life Strategies"

My education up until this point had taught me little about financial intelligence and wealth creation. I was in profit and loss mode thinking of ways to maximize income failing time and time again to realize that the true portal to wealth was in the assets column. I had dreams but could not find the stepping stones to obtain them. I was at sea without a compass.

Enter Trump University…

The University taught me the importance of dreams and goals however alone they were insufficient. Planning and strategy were crucial elements in the obtaining of these goals and this is where the true virtue of the program lies.

My coach, whom I met in person after traveling from Australia, helped me develop these strategies. The dreams to which I aspire are now within reach.

My goals now differ markedly from those when I entered the program. Prior to starting I was content with the longer term view of having paid off my own home and maybe having an investment property as well. Now my macro view is to have a real estate business where income is generated through my property portfolio so as to enable me to reduce the hours spent in medical practice. Apart from financial freedom I will be able to spend more time with my family. My wife and I contribute monies on a monthly basis to the re-housing of homeless dogs in the city.

"The Best Investment I Ever Have Made"

I was assigned my mentor and I was not disappointed. He has experience investing in the California market and out-of-state. He taught me how to use the internet to research markets and look for properties, evaluate the properties, and contact a agents in the areas of interest. He also guided me on how to interview the agents and develop the resources I'll need. I instantly applied what I learned and after our third session I felt comfortable enough to make my first venture out-of-state. A friend and I went to Idaho and looked at dozens of properties. I could not believe what I was seeing and was even more impressed when I returned home and evaluated the properties. In the end we purchased two cash flowing duplexes and I did not have to invest a dime! This was very important to me since so much of my money was tied up in equity.

Since then I have traveled to other locations and am applying everything my coach has taught me. I am working with several investors and am confident that my future will be a prosperous one. Believe me, as I stated above, I did not have the money to pay for the class but I knew I needed to increase my knowledge before I made the move out-of-state. I looked at it as an insurance policy. I could pay the tuition and do things right, or I could do the trial and error method which could cost me a lot more. I can confidently state that this was the best investment I have ever made.
